First trip to the beach...The girls have been dying to get the beach this year so we took a trip out there today after Allison's game. Our friends met us out there and we all had a great time! We were there for a good 4 hours...even Troy! We were so proud of him! :)

So happy to be at the beach!

The water was so chilly but that didn't stop Allison from jumping right in.

Allison body surfing. She did this for about 3 hours straight. We finally had to pull her out of the water. She would have done it until she couldn't stand up anymore.

Playing in the sand!

Anne and Danielle on the boogie boards.

The four goofballs.

She got the game ball...Allison played a great game today and was so excited when she got the gameball after the game! They only have 2 more games left this season, it has gone by so fast! She has improved so much since it started and really seems to like it. She says she wants to play again in the fall.

Big swing!

Foul ball...put on the brakes Allison!

Panting on first base! It was so hot out there today.

Getting hugs after the coach said she won the gameball.

Getting the ball!

I just love this picture. It shows just how excited she was!

She is so proud!

Allison and Coach Brad!

Daisy Awards...Allison had her end of the year banquet this week. She got all of her patches and can put on 2 more of her Daisy petals. The troop had a great time this year and were excited to get their patches.

Reciting the Girl Scout Promise

Getting her patches from Ms. Candy.

The two Daisies!

The big sisters!

The troop doing the friendship song.

The friendship spin which is their favorite part!

Field day... Anne had a great time at Field Day on Friday. It was at 9:00 a.m. and still had to be at least 85 degrees out there. It was hot but they all had a good time.

The girls whipping the boys butts in tug of war! They beat them so many times that they finally split up the teams so the boys wouldn't feel so bad.

Celebrating their big win!

Anne and Carlie

Look at the dirt on Anne's face!

Always has her tongue sticking out!

Anne and her class.

Family Night with our good friend Ed...We had a great time at Family Night with Ed this week. I somehow got suckered into being part of the show which the girls thought was hysterical!

10 year anniversary cruise...
Troy did such a great job planning our 10 year anniversary trip! He took care of all the details, including lining Gammer up for 4 days of babysitting! We did a 3 night cruise on Royal Caribbean to Nassau and CocoCay. We had a really good time. It was very relaxing which is just what I like! The first night was pretty rocky so Troy took some extra Dramamine but after that, it was smooth sailing!

Taking off!

This little guy was there to see us off!

We had a great suite! I was surprised how big the room actually was. And it had a private balcony which was awesome!

Margaritas!

Pulling into Nassau

That ship was huge!

Troy with his coffee. He needed it to offset all the Dramamine.

The view from our balcony. It was so beautiful.

Pulling into CocoCay.

Paradise! We could have skipped Nassau and stayed 2 full days here. It was so amazing.

The water was pretty chilly but I finally got in after about 30 minutes.

Dorks.

My picture perfect vacation. Sandy feet, a frozen drink, and a good book! Troy was sleeping in the shade next to me.

Our first time kayaking! It was really fun.

These conch shells were all over the place! I just reached in and pulled this one out.

Look at how blue the water is! It was beautiful!

I guess we can apply for The Amazing Race now. We were able to paddle the kayak together without killing each other!

These starfish were all over the place too. The are fast little suckers though. It was hard to get a picture of the.

More ocean life. We saw quite a few stingrays.

We found this little lizard in our kayak as we were heading out. We figured he couldn't swim so he came along on our trip.

Troy in his toddler sized life jacket.

Our last night!

Troy was on that thing as soon as we pulled into port! But I was very proud of him. He went 2 full days without checking his email once!!

The girls had a blast with Gammer while we were gone. She did a great job taking care of them and getting them everywhere they needed to be! Thanks so much for coming down Mom! Here they are wasting the last few pictures of the underwater camera. They thought that thing was too cool!
