Swimming in December... Yes, they are totally crazy...and they were totally bored. And I was totally sick of hearing Anne complain about just how totally boring it is to be home all day with your mom, dad, and sister and not be able to have even ONE friend come over to play. Because you know, she is all of 7 years old and her weekends should be totally booked with social activities everyday. Totally. So I finally said "Fine, go jump in the pool and leave me alone!". I really didn't think they would last long out there but they ended up swimming for an hour and were ticked when Troy finally made them get out so he could watch the football game. The water temperature was 64 degrees and it was about 75 degrees outside and the pool was pretty much in the shade. They are insane. Totally.

It took a few minutes to get in.
